名古屋市東区こども英語

Welcome to Happy English Club (HEC).

We are a small, at-home type of English language school. HEC is conveniently located in North Sakae, near Hisaya Oodori subway station in downtown Nagoya. We specialize in English language courses for children and young adults ages 2-16.

"A balanced approach to learning English."

HEC's strong point is that we use a balanced approach to teaching English. HEC provides instruction in all 4 critical areas of language; Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing. In addition we also emphasize proper pronunciation and extensively use phonics to teach reading and writing.

All 4 of these skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) are necessary to become proficient in a foreign language. Many other schools neglect reading and writing skills for elementary school students. Then in junior high and high school completely reverse and neglect listening and speaking skills.

" A strong foundation of skills"

HEC provides consistent and age appropriate instruction in all 4 skills at every level. By using this balanced approach HEC gives our students a strong foundation of English skills.

So whether your long-term English goals are for entrance exams or fluency in English, HEC provides a solid core of English skills that will prepare your child for the future challenges of English.
