Job Details: 
  • We use a well-developed curriculum (meaning you don't have to run around collecting teaching resources, we've done most of that for you) 
  • Students grouped according to English proficiency and age

What kind of teacher are we looking for? 
  • You like people, especially kids. 
  • You like teaching. 
  • You are a native English speaker. 
  • You are a university graduate. 
  • You have prior teaching experience teaching young EFL students in Japan. 
  • You understand basic EFL terms and methodology. 
  • You are committed to becoming a better teacher + attend teacher training seminars. 
  • You have good people skills and a high EQ. 
  • You know how to get along with co-workers and managers. 
  • You want to work at a stable company that will help you grow as a teacher. 
  • You want fabulous co-workers. 
Minimum qualifications: 
  1. a Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4 year university 
  2. experience working with kids. 
  3. prior EFL teaching experience in Japan 
  4. good people skills / a high EQ 
  5. you are a native English speaker 
Shift details:
  • Tuesday 3 - 5 pm / Wednesday 3 - 5 pm / Friday 12 - 5 pm
    (Other shifts available)
  • Minimum 2 consecutive classes per day. 
  • 3,000 yen per hour / 1st year
  • Paid transportation 
  • Invited to all staff parties
  • Training starts in December 2017 / January 2018
